Premium numbers may include numbers such as #0001, #0008, #0088, #0111, #0222, #0500, #0888 or #1000, subject to availability.

Once your Digital Lot is approved and active, the same number will not normally be assigned to another active business while your lot remains active and compliant.

Refund eligibility depends on why the claim was rejected and whether the Digital Lot had already been activated.

Yes. Reasonable website URL changes may be requested and may be verified before updating.

Genuine business name changes, rebranding or corporate restructuring may be considered after verification.

Digital Lots are not intended to function as speculative or financial trading products.

Independent resale, auction or commercial transfer is not permitted without prior written approval.

Genuine ownership changes, acquisitions, mergers or restructurings may be considered for transfer after verification.

Refund eligibility depends on the status of your Digital Lot.

Requests before activation may be considered. Once a personalised lot is approved and published, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where BusinessMap.my cannot provide the service.
